Gathering feedback to enable management to target resources to meet stakeholder needs is at the core of Quono, the new survey system from Drax.

Drax, having been active in the health sector for more than a decade, is aware of the many complex issues that face healthcare providers today. It is clear that most healthcare organisations survey patients, visitors and staff regularly but generally use traditional labour intensive methods.

To speed the process of data gathering and to reduce cost, Quono has been developed as a reliable but effective alternative to traditional person-to-person interviews. Quono is part of Drax's range of innovative survey products.

Quono has been extensively trialled in several leading NHS Trusts with extremely favourable results, response rates often improving when compared to previous systems.

To allow stakeholders from all sectors of society to participate, several different versions of Quono are available, including a DDA compliant kiosk. The user simply approaches the kiosk and is presented with a welcome message. Then a suite of question together with possible answers, are displayed, with selection being made via happy to sad face type symbols simply by touching the kiosk screen.

At the end of the survey, a thank you message is displayed and the result stored safely within the kiosk, ready to access at a later date.

Results from completed surveys are analysed and reports generated using the Quono report generator wizard. Reports may be printed of exported to RTF.
