PEATplus Launched At HEFMA
Drax UK Ltd. launched their PEATplus system at the HEFMA Annual Conference & Exhibition in Brighton on Thursday 11 th – Friday 12 th of May 2006. This important event was attended by Senior Healthcare personnel who have responsibility for Services & Facilities.

Drax at Healthcare Estates 2005
Drax Managing Director Philip Cunningham presented a paper on the SMaRT approach to servicing and maintenance at the Healthcare Estates 2005 Conference and Exhibition, held in Harrogate at the beginning of November. Drax exhibited their range of products and Drax staff were on hand to answer questions and provide demonstrations. There was a free draw to win a four-ball round of golf at the world-famous Belfry Golf Course.

Drax Plays it’s Part in False Alarm Reduction
Current plans to modernise the fire & rescue service have forced the Government to review the number of brigade attendances to false alarms from automatic fire detection systems. Singled out for specific attention has been the NHS, with 50% of false alarms nationally being attributed to NHS buildings.
