Drax (UK) Launches Internet Patient Survey System At HEFMA 2007


Drax (UK) Ltd. - best known as one of Europe's leading independent providers of life safety systems and management solutions - will be launching a remote, web based surveying system as part of its new Healthcare Division at this year's HEFMA Conference & Exhibition, 23-24 th May at Hilton Blackpool.

Drax (UK) Ltd. has been active in the health sector for many years and is aware of the complexity of modern healthcare provision. Listening to its customers and providing solutions to meet their needs is at the core of Drax culture and has led to the development of a unique, groundbreaking new solution to conducting surveys.

The Drax Survey System has been developed specifically for the health sector and is structured so it can be used by all healthcare disciplines. It is very simple to set it up and activate on line and involves minimal work on the customer's part.

Drax has a stock of surveys designed to satisfy the requirements of the "mandatory" return, which is being continually added to. However, clients requiring surveys not available from the extensive stock can very simply create their own using the survey wizard tool kit.

Customers can run multiple surveys at the same time, from the same input device, of which there are many to choose from. These data collection devices can be purchased or rented from Drax.

This total flexibility is extended to reports which can be either from the stock or can be created very easily and quickly by the customer. Once generated, the reports can be distributed electronically via email or any other chosen method used in the customer establishment.

The Drax Survey System doesn't require any special software - only internet access - and, unlike many other systems operating in this environment, is so straight forward there is very little, if any, need to get the IT department involved. Furthermore, no third party involvement is required - no one extra is needed to undertake the survey or analyse the results and produce reports.

As you would expect from any of the Drax products, the Drax Survey System is completely secure, with high level data encryption and with access to the system protected by a unique client user name and password.
